At X-Art Studio, we stand behind the quality of our art. However, due to the fragile nature of resin statues, please read our policy below:

1. Damage during Shipping (Crucial) If your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the damage.

  • Requirement: To be eligible for a claim, you MUST provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damaged parts and the original packaging.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

2. Handmade Nature Since each item is hand-painted, slight variations in color or minor details may occur. These are not considered defects but rather the unique character of handmade art.
