At X-Art Studio, we stand behind the quality of our art. However, due to the fragile nature of resin statues, please read our policy below:

1. Damage during Shipping (Crucial)

If your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the damage.

Requirement: To be eligible for a claim, you MUST provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damaged parts and the original packaging.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

2. Handmade Nature

Since each item is hand-painted, slight variations in color or minor details may occur. These are not considered defects but rather the unique character of handmade art.

3. Returns
