1. Processing Time (Made-to-Order) All our products are meticulously hand-crafted and hand-painted.

• Processing time: 6 - 9 business days. Each piece requires time to ensure the highest quality and detail before it reaches your collection.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping for all orders.

• Estimated delivery time: 11 - 19 business days (after processing). Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
